how long will hot pepper spray stay fresh for the organic garden?

I have a large supply of hot peppers and I want to make them into a garden spray for pest prevention. I was hoping to make it into one large batch and have the spray last for a year. Is this possible?

if you keep it in the fridge a year or more. If it has a bad smell or starts to mold than toss it out.

You can also dry the peppers and make spray from dried peppers as you need it

That’s an interesting question, so I’m going to look for a web site that will tell me as I don’t know the answer.
