100 – 200$ the limit??? lol what are you rich or something?? hahaha well im poor so i would be satisfied with dinner. umm maybe with 100 – 200 you can buy like a new stereo, soem kinda kitchen utility, like a new good microwave, toaster. or soem movies, hahaha.

They say that experiances are much more satisfing ( and for the longer term) then material goods. So I would say, instead of just buying yourself somthing like a new dress go DO somthing, Go get a massage or a manicure, or go out with a friend and try a new cool diniing experiance. I would look up what local attractions your city offers.
